How much does it cost?

What's the difference between a bookkeeper and an accountant?

It’s a great question. Think of it like this: we’re your day-to-day financial fitness coach, and your accountant is your annual specialist check-up.

We handle the ongoing financial admin—reconciling your accounts, managing payroll, filing GST—to keep your business financially healthy all year round. This means when you see your accountant for your end-of-year tax returns, your books are clean, tidy, and ready to go, which often saves you a significant amount on accounting fees.

How do we get started? Is it difficult to switch over?

Not at all—we make it as painless as possible. The process is simple:
We have a chat to understand your business and what you need.
We send you a clear proposal with a fixed monthly fee.
You give us the green light, and we handle the rest, including getting the required access to your Xero file.

We do all the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on your work.

What accounting software do you use?

We are proud Xero specialists. We believe it’s the best and most user-friendly software for Kiwi small businesses. If you’re already using it, we can jump right in. If you’re using something else or starting from scratch, we can manage the entire setup or migration process for you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We don’t believe in locking our clients into long-term contracts. Our services run on a month-to-month basis. We’re confident that our great service will make you want to stay, not a contract. Plus, with our one-month satisfaction guarantee, you can try us out completely risk-free.

My books are a real mess. Can you still help me?

Absolutely. You’d be surprised how common this is, so there’s no judgment here! Our "Accounting System Tidy up" service is one of our most popular. We’ll dive into your Xero file, untangle the transactions, and get you back to a clean slate so you can move forward with confidence.

Are you actually based in New Zealand?

Yes, 100%. We are a local Auckland business, run by Kiwis for Kiwis. We never outsource your work overseas.
